The MiniLine was conceived as a lower cost alternative to the ADF Line because, due to lower demands on either coil or gauge changes, not all customers require auto coil selection.
Therefore the auto coil selection was replaced by manual selection. As the coil machine itself is shorter due to the combination of the drive and levelling system, there is the added benefit of a reduction in floor space required, which for many is at a premium. However, when the MiniLine was first developed, there was one aspect which didn’t change, and that was the Firmac build quality, which is second to none. Firmac are justifiably proud of the fact that all the machines they have ever built are still in production all around the world, and that their robust design and quality components ensure low running costs and unparalleled up-time productivity.
