The Drive Cleat Line was conceived due to demand within the industry for a single straight inline machine capable of producing drive cleat profile ducts with Pittsburgh seams, fully closed for a complete duct.
This high efficiency solution does not operate with angular transfers, thereby eliminating duct size restrictions and it’s low space and labour requirement and elimination of work in progress is achieved via the Integral Seam Closing System on the Folding Section (maximum duct girth approx. 4.5 metres). Infeed can work independant from the folder or continuous line.
