The CGF2 is the newest coil line machine within the Firmac range.
The machine’s design is based on the Pro-Duct CGF1 machine; however the flange produced is entirely different. The main difference is within the size of the roll forming section of the machine, which is greatly simplified because the CGF2 Flange (American type) and Drive Cleat flange are inherently simpler flanges. This enables Firmac to offer a fully automatic straight coil line with choice of flange type and fully seam closed at a substantial cost saving to the acclaimed Pro-Duct CGF1 with its J6 rated flange. Even with the flange change the design and construction of the machine remains very much like the original Pro-Duct CGF1 and will stand side by side with it whilst offering a unique system to the world market.
