The CGF2 is the newest coil line machine within the Firmac range.
The machine’s design is based on the Pro-Duct CGF1 machine; however the flange produced is entirely different. The main difference is within the size of the roll forming section of the machine, which is greatly simplified because the CGF2 Flange (American type) and Drive Cleat flange are inherently simpler flanges. This enables Firmac to offer a fully automatic straight coil line with choice of flange type and fully seam closed at a substantial cost saving to the acclaimed Pro-Duct CGF1 with its J6 rated flange. Even with the flange change the design and construction of the machine remains very much like the original Pro-Duct CGF1 and will stand side by side with it whilst offering a unique system to the world market.
Le CGF2 est la plus nouvelle ligne, une machine à gaines à partir d’une bobine, dans la gamme de Firmac.
La conception de la machine est basée sur la machine du produit CGF1, toutefois le cadre produit est entièrement différent. La différence principale est dans la taille du roulement formant la section de la machine, qui est considérablement simplifiée parce que le cadre CGF2 (type américain) et le cadre de Drive Cleat/Glissières sont des cadres en soi plus simples. Ceci permet à Firmac d'offrir une ligne droite entièrement automatique de fabrication de gaine à partir d’une bobine, avec le choix du type de cadre et pli entièrement fermé à une économie de coût substantielle au produit acclamé CGF1 avec son cadre évaluée J6. Même avec le changement du cadre la conception et la construction de la machine demeure vraiment commela ligne original Pro-Duct CGF1 et se tiendra côte à côte avec lui tout en offrant un système unique au marché mondial.
La CGF2 es la máquina en línea de bobinas más reciente dentro de la gama de Firmac.
El diseño de la máquina se basa en la máquina Pro-Duct CGF1, sin embargo la brida se produce de manera totalmente diferente. La diferencia principal está en el tamaño de la sección de conformado de rodillos de la máquina, que está muy simplificado gracias a que la brida CGF2 (tipo americano) y la bayoneta son inherentemente bridas más sencillas. Esto permite a Firmac ofertar una línea recta de bobinas totalmente automática con selección del tipo brida y de cerrado de costura total con un ahorro de costes sustancial hasta el aclamado Pro-Duct CGF1 con su estimada brida J6. Incluso con el cambio de brida el diseño y construcción de la máquina sigue siendo muy similar al Pro-Duct CGF1 y pueden seguir ofreciendo al mismo tiempo un sistema único al mercado mundial.
