The
new NuLoc Auto Seaming Machine does the completed longitudinal seam from two raw edges to the finished seam.
The duct is first pre-formed into any square or rectangular size from a minimum of 100 x 100mm. The duct is laid into the "V’ shaped guides with the open corner downwards. The leading end of the duct
must not be longer clamped together to prevent any twist being formed.
In - Close - Finish!
Once the duct is in, the operator doesn’t need to hold the duct throughout the seam closing which is closed automatically in one pass. Any length of duct can be seamed from a minimum of 400mm long with the maximum length being unlimited.
No adjustment is necessary when changing gauges as all formed wheels are spring loaded to give the correct pressure to all thicknesses within the range.

NULOC CLOSED SEAM Approved for low - medium and high pressure. This machine is for straight ducts only with plain ends, so if any work is required on the ends of the duct this must be done after the seaming.
