Additional supply machines are only supplied to existing customers or factory machine projects as these machines are not manufactured by Firmac but made to Firmac specifications to meet the needs of customers wishing to set-up a complete factory. They are guaranteed by Firmac, not only under warranty, but also functional requirement needs.


Firmac Free-standing CGF1 Cleat Rollformer
Manufactured for Project supply to Firmac specifications

CGF 20 / 30 cleat rolls fitted & set
Loose/Independent CGF Cleat lengths are produced upon inserting Galvanised Strip material                                                  

The cleat is designed to snap on directly in position. The cleat would be formed in long pre-cut long lengths and re-cut to the designed finished length later or alternatively to actual finished lengths. Minimum roll length would be 250 mm.
